How units are counted

A request or an app log line is 1 unit, a minute of a user's session 35, an AI-agent run 5, all from one pool per project each calendar month.

When the pool runs out nothing stops: Relia keeps 1 in 10 normal requests and sessions until the month resets, and always keeps errors, slow requests and anything an incident points at.

On Growth and Pro you can switch on extra use instead, at $2 per million units, up to a monthly limit you set.

What happens when I go over my units?

Nothing is cut off and nothing already stored is deleted. New normal requests and sessions are kept 1 in 10 until the month resets; errors, slow requests and anything an incident points at are always kept in full. Growth and Pro can switch on paid extra use instead, with a monthly limit.

Can I change plans?

Yes, any time from the project's Team & plan tab. Upgrades apply at once, downgrades at the end of the period.

What happens if I cancel?

The project goes back to Free with Free's limits; data older than 7 days is removed.

Do you offer trials?
