1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you," "the customer") and Alaknanda Infoplus ("we," "us," or "our"), based in Surat, Gujarat, India, concerning your access to and use of the Relia platform.

By creating an account or using our services, you agree that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all of these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you are expressly prohibited from using the Service.

2. Eligibility and Age Restriction

You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account and use the Relia platform. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.

3. Use of the Service and End-User Consent

Relia provides an SDK that allows you to monitor your application's performance and record user sessions via rrweb. As a condition of using Relia:

• You are entirely responsible for obtaining the necessary explicit consent from your application's end-users prior to initiating session recording or data tracking.
• You must maintain an active, compliant Privacy Policy on your application that clearly discloses the use of third-party monitoring and session replay tools.
• You agree not to modify or bypass Relia's built-in client-side data sanitization that automatically strips sensitive PII (emails, payments, passwords) before it reaches our AWS Mumbai servers.

4. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise indicated, the Site and Services are our proprietary property. All source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, audio, video, text, photographs, and graphics on the Site are owned or controlled by Alaknanda Infoplus.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event will we or our directors, employees, or agents be liable to you or any third party for any direct, indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special, or punitive damages, including lost profit, lost revenue, or loss of data arising from your use of the Service.
