Welcome to Relia ("we," "our," or "us"), a platform developed and operated by Alaknanda Infoplus, a company registered in Surat, Gujarat, India. Relia provides observability, session replay, and application performance monitoring tools.

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data when you use the Relia platform (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy. You must be at least 18 years old to use our Service.

2. The Data We Process

Relia acts primarily as a Data Processor for our customers (Data Controllers). Our customers install our SDK on their websites/applications to monitor performance and end-user behavior.

Client-Side Data Sanitization (Privacy by Design)

We take privacy extremely seriously. The Relia SDK is configured with strict client-side masking. Sensitive information such as email addresses, contact details, passwords, and payment information is automatically stripped or masked directly on the user's device (client-side) before it is ever transmitted to our servers. This ensures that sensitive end-user data never touches our infrastructure.

Account Information

When you create an account as a Relia customer, we collect your name, email, billing information, and authentication data (including OAuth data via Google or GitHub).

3. Data Storage and Infrastructure

All Relia backend infrastructure, databases, and core processing occurs securely within the AWS (Amazon Web Services) Mumbai region.

• Backend & Docker Containers: Hosted securely on AWS (Mumbai).
• Databases: Telemetry and operational data are stored in self-hosted ClickHouse and MongoDB clusters within AWS (Mumbai).
• Frontend: Hosted on Vercel's edge network.

4. Third-Party Subprocessors and AI

To provide our intelligent autonomous monitoring features, we use third-party subprocessors. We utilize OpenRouter to process anonymized telemetry data and logs for our AI Agent features. No unmasked sensitive personal identifiable information (PII) is sent to OpenRouter.

5. Customer Responsibilities

If you use Relia on your application, you are the Data Controller for your end-users' data. You are solely responsible for obtaining the necessary consent from your users (e.g., cookie banners, GDPR consent) before utilizing Relia's session replay and telemetry tracking on your application.
